Whether you want to improve your fitness, tone up, lose weight, recover from injury or increase flexibility, I can help you. You can choose to train in the gym, at home, or outside in nature I can provide a plan for you that together with your commitment will get you the results you desire.
PT Sessions
We can mix it up to keep it varied with any combination of body weight exercises, stretching, cardio, Boxercise, HIIT and yoga. If you have a health condition or injury, I can liaise with your medical advisors to help you be the best you can be.
We’ll make sure it fits in with your lifestyle and commitments so that you can build a habit for life and we’ll make it fun!
If you want to have body stats taken I can do that too - it’s so motivational to see the positive changes.
Single Session -£45 (45mins) - £55 (60mins)
5 Sessions - £200 (5 x 45mins) - £250 (5 x 60mins)
11 Sessions - £400 (11x 45mins) - £500 (11 x 60mins)
